A public hearing is being held for the adoption of the Official Community Plan and the Zoning Bylaws. This will begin @ 6:00pm and the regular meeting of Council will proceed after the public hearing.

If you wish to be a delegate for the council meeting, you must contact the Village of Elbow Office no later than Thursday, January 6, 2022 @ 4:00pm.

Anyone wishing to attend the meeting must provide: photo identification, proof of double vacination and a mask must be worn at all times.
