Lrg Mtg Rm - Yoga Bird Class

Karen McConnell teaches a weekly Yin yoga class at the HGCC. In April, class will be in the large meeting room. 

Classes are $10 each. Bring your own yoga mat. If you'd like, you can also bring a bolster, blocks, or a blanket.
