JGL Cookhouse Kitchen

 

This fully equipped, state of the art kitchen features a large island, commercial dishwasher, grill, gas stove/oven, 2 wall ovens as well as a stand up freezer, all dishes/cutlery/cups, access to the walk in cooler in the Andy & May Wong Servery.  There is a large roll up door to access the counter area for serving as well.  Also access to a side door for unloading if necessary.
